BKMP is currently showing up as 0.0002/0.0005 bid/ask on E*TRADE. Does that have any significance at all or is it just a 'false' spread of some sort?
My first thought was that this was the actual bid/ask and is being pushed down by market makers for the buyback process to maximize its efforts, but I'm probably wrong.
