WS re: my 'hedge' & UMPIX

Regarding the word 'hedge' as used in the context of UMPIX. That may not be the correct word to use. No matter, the idea is to use a fund more stable within the week to week, month to month fluctuations of the market place. In my case a 'hedge' against the volatility of NDX, Japan and Sector based funds. Foundational as you said.

Thats interesting about the correlation of SOX and RYSRX. Do you know of anyway to find out what is currently in a fund as to sector weightings?? Morningstar for instance is not current, but has business services 35% and industrial materials 39% as of 3/31. I don't think CURRENT info is available, as that is probably close to being proprietary in the mind of fund management.

Thanks
