My christal ball says/.....

IBCL will be a dividend paying holding company.

HNWS will reverse into Nova when it reaches .30 or so for an even stock swap.

Nova will go on to be the new IBCL.

Maybe IBCL will reverse into nova in the future on a stock swap.

Hows that for left field?
