What you do not realize is that fraud in US corporations is not new as with Enron and TYC, it has been around for a long time and will be around for a long time, and despite it the market will go up and will go down... Time to take few chips off the table here, the second serving of KOSP just went here at $23.70 for $1.23 profit.
