I believe Nocona also uses the ADX hourly and daily chart to determine if a trend has developed. If a trend is in place, he will ride it. He will not close the trade and will not enter a trade in the opposite direction until there is an indication on the ADX (or some other indication?) that the trend has ended. Or is this Chico?
One indication that a trend is ending is the dominant DMI line falling below the ADX line, or the ADX flattening out.
