If ERHC can't find a partner for Chad block and raise what they need to keep it with toxic debt, well, just do the math. Think of this as a new rights offering, but instead of having to pay .075 which failed, now you get to buy for a penny. The company seems prepared to continue the fund raising regardless of how low the share price goes. In Ntephe's mind, if he keeps the Chad asset he is creating shareholder value regardless of where the stock price goes. Surely all you long termersvsn come up with $5 or $10 million to right the ship?
