Now that the merger rumor and admittance of creating a new scam shell corp, I predict that the authorized increase will involve the new ticker and reverse merge deal, blowing off all ntek shareholders. d.f. can easily wipe all ntek shareholders, and make them buy in again in the new scam...

This is done every day in the pinks and since ntek is a copy cat with everything else, this is just a no brainer.
