That's the one that got the $400k judgment against the company and the Flounder.

He's been to prison for fraud, credit card abuse, etc.... and the way he's running this company shows that nothing has changed.

For what it's worth, he should know how many people are working for him and how much they're making. There are only four people on the payroll, and the staff is made up exclusively of his family. It's a scam, just like the rest.
