The issue is PXYN is beholding to TPS as well as PXYNs factors.

It has nothing to do with feeling comfortable with the relationship.

TPS is in control of the order flow that keeps PXYN in business, TPS is the real value here. Here's the point, TPS can dictate terms, costs etc to PXYN and PXYN is essentially helpless to do anything about it. This is what's already taking place as massive funds are being paid to TPS while its CEO sits on the board of PXYN, how convenient.

TPS can always find the next PXYN to do business with. On the other hand, PXYN goes down the drain without TPS.

Now you can understand why PXYN, with all their big revenues are cash poor, relatively speaking. Add to that the massive hit factors take out of their hide and you begin to see issues that are not comforting for sophisticated investors.
