Are you offering a few hundred thousand for Merus's Shares? FEGR has never owned a "ton" of leases. FEGR has had some great leases yes, but feel free to due your due diligence and look at Federal Regulations an what happens to wells when they are not in operation over a short period of time. The Texas Railroad Commission is not a fun monster to play with.
