ROTFLMFAO! Jim Erickson and Kip Hirschbach took everyone for a ride on this one. Ended up being a total disaster. And, the shares have been locked up by DTC for almost 4 years now. Can't even sell the shares to take the loss.

The sad part is that the product had real promise and there was a huge market opportunity. All that was missing was some management who could get something done, rather than spewing out all kinds of promises to raise capital.
