CTIX price action over the past few days is liking watching paint dry. We're currently in the "watch and wait phase".

The secret to building wealth is in identifying and buying undervalued assets when 99.99% of investors wouldn't touch them with a 100' pole.

Sometimes the hardest part is being patient once one has taken a position. I believe CTIX is in the category of an "under valued asset". Most "smart" money won't even look at CTIX until __________ (fill in the blank). However as the "blanks" are filled, and they will be different for each investor/fund, the price will be bid up.

Most PE and high preforming hedge funds (those that serve the uber-wealthy) shoot for IRR's of 40% (most actually achieve about 10%).

Conversely, most of us playing CTIX are looking for a minimum of 10x and are hopeful for 100x. So the question is, "have we found an asset that is severely under priced that 99.99% of other investors won't touch with a 100' pole"? The answer seems to be yes in both cases.

Professional money managers and other "smart money" will be thrilled to own CTIX at $20/share and sell at $25. Currently CTIX is my top preforming equity position over the past 30 months. My initial shares are up ~250% and my latest shares are slightly down but I'll continue to add as CTIX proves my assumptions were correct.
