Point taken. The last 2 years has been a result of this slime balls BS motion after BS motion being filed to delay JNSH. Now that JNSH has a new 11 BILLION a year partner I think its a whole new ballgame. Farkass LOST and now he will either file BK or have to pay damages to JNSH either way JNSH wins and moves to be the midwest leader in the 3rd largest market. LOOK OUT FARKASS thats a ELECTRIC CAR RUNNING YOU OVER FROM CHICAGO in care of NRG. All of the BS is now going to be aired in court and when its made public I am sure the other pending law suits will be the death to this scam once and for all. IMO
