Lets hope its not a "buying the rumor" situation, because that is often followed by a sell off. I would hope people are not buying on rumors, but on evidence that their appears to be a long list of good news soon to come. Normally with a biotech stock I look at exit points and when to sell. With this stock, I dont feel particularly eager to choose an exit point. With INO I sold at about 2 bucks after buying in around .45 cents. With ONCS, I think I will hold on to it a few years, for better or worse.
