Here's a small update from the Firestone case for those keeping track or even give a crap anymore.

A joint motion was filed to extend time to file dismissal papers

...the parties spent almost a month preparing formal documents in this case. The formal settlement agreement calls for obligations to be met by parties in this case over a period of the next five months before this case is ripe for final disposition.

IMO I don't think Frank Olsen has "left the building" yet.
