That was months ago. Q is notorious for issuing large blocks of shares at the BEGINNING of a quarter (early October) so they don't show up on financials for several months, giving the recipient time to unload while spamming on the message boards that the os is "reasonable" or "not too bad".

One should be more concerned about the huge INCREASE in convertible debt.

Even while issuing over 2 BILLION shares, the convertible debt went up by about a half million dollars. At current levels, there aren't enough shares available in the AS to cover that conversion.

RS is inevitable.
