Board vote. Cellceutix (CTIX) has 504 followers here on IHUB. Lets put it to a vote. Might be difficult to get everyone in by market close Friday but I will pass on the numbers to Leo.

1. Pay and file to put CTIX on the OOTC REGARDLESS of how much longer it will be to uplist.

2. Pay and file to put CTIX on the OOTC ONLY if uplist will be greater than 6 months.

3. Do not attempt to file and pay to list on the OOTC.


#3 is leo's standpoint for now, the changes are just putting millions of $$$ in someone else's pockets and he is committed to up list when it's appropriate to do so. Keeping the cash in the company and spending it where it needs to be.
