Joe actually the big difference between the US and Japan is exactly the Japanese xenophobia, no immigration allowed. We and Europe as well, compensate for falling birth rate with immigration. It is not as smooth as could be, and we have our own xenophobes here, but after a period of adjustment and digestion , we will do fine...
