Eric is not dragging his feet on the audit and form 10. He is

trying to figure what lie he can tell as to why there is no

audit and form 10. It may be the rats slipped in and ate

all the paperwork and now they will have to go back and

rework years of work. He thinks in 5 more years he should

have all in order and with the help of the people he is

talking with at the SEC it will be a cake walk.


This POS CEO has no intentions of having a damn audit.
