Will be huge, and here is why........spin-off will generate dividend shares to all NTEK share holders right now......from the SS, very clear all of us will get 1 for 5 or so and I would not be surprised to see it open on AMEX or something!

He's says spin-off and I love how he comes up with vague BS like get 1 for 5 or so, and on AMEX or something.

To be on AMEX the stock price generally has to be $3 or greater so there going to give you a three dollar share for 20 cents worth of shares.
Anyway all this BS about protecting themselves is just that BS. It all part of damage control as this stock is diluted out and the Foleys are moving on to there next money making scam. Unfortunately the retired one changed his script of BS yesterday from the original above to the new BS you just copied from him.
