BIG UMG Perspective (NTEK):
Folks the formation of Ultra Media Group (UMG) is ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENT then when the company established their other divisions (Nanotech Media, Communications, etc)! Just like the other divisions, UMG will be a PRIVATE segment of the parent company NTEK. There will NOT be a new ticker or have ANY negative effect on existing NTEK shareholders.
Shares have been earmarked for this new division but are included in the parent company already!! It's just an internal establishment to be used for mergers and/or acquisitions of content!!
Net, it's a GOOD thing!!
All this talk is another attempt by the bashers to prey on people who don't fully understand how public companies are managed especially when expanding.
Ignore ALL these fools because I can guarantee there will be no new ticker or dilutive effect, spin off whatever you want to call it.
