You should call Derek Brammer, Project Manager, Keystone Pipeline Project and in charge of the AOT. I talked with him in mid-AUGUST. There was a reason I was laughing at all the longs who thought TC was happy with the AOT results. I even told a prolific poster here about what I found out which is pretty much the same as what he found out through another source.
