$5-6 w/BoC funding....

I wouldn't be surprised to see BFRE JUMP as it did when the LOI was fresh news when the next PR is released... You can expect me to be smiling ear-to-ear, though...

I find it interesting to note in the 10-q that a lot of the financing is being resolved. A company built on a solid ethical foundation will flourish and abound.
