IMO, this is already the beginning of the new scam. Why is it that we had 70 Mil on the bid earlier and it is only going down because they are slowly, but surely, getting the shares they want.
I'll be watching this for the next pump.
Maybe it will be a complete buyout of a "company" that is transforming into a Shell for Sale?
Can't wait to see what clever scheme they come up with.

Paint jobs in EITHER direction are a cry for help.
