It's troubling to me that we haven't heard from them after being declared effective 60 days after the filing.

The SEC request to add extended financial data to the form 10 might have slowed the auditors down during the qtrly reporting period, but should not have stopped them dead.

There is no longer a quiet period and no longer an excuse to remain quiet.

Yeah, I know. Sell and go away, right? Sorry, I'm in it to win, but not here to be fooled.
