My one and only post...Don't know if you got to see the council yesterday but what a mess. The council was trying to be all hard on the public and people trying to address their royal selves. Well, after having to raise their hands and say who they were attorneys from both sides of this issue spoke cordially to the council. Right when they were about to speak about this issue here comes Mr. Reid walking down the aisle. He walks right up to the microphone and says, "Sorry, I am late. But I am glad I didn't have to listen to Mr. Kennedy's statement on this issue so I'm good. Anyway, I just want to advise you guys not to do anything right now until you hear from the Attorney General. They are about to release a statement saying they will not be issuing any more license's. So you got two choices: To operate only 10 dispensaries or the 18 the state approved." They then called the Attorney General's office and they confirmed they were releasing that info that morning.
Sleek, Three of the council people were PISSED OFF!!! They were so mad because they had been trying to get information from the state through phone calls and written requests for the past two weeks. For an attorney from one of the applications to know what was going to happen before they did really almost dit it in for us. But, the voice of reason from the other commissioners said that they should cool their heads and realize they need to take two weeks to figure out what was going on. For the Patient's sake...
I believe this is going to go our way for sure. The State is Going to get their way...Reid is the man!
