With the changes being set forth to clamp down on OTC stocks, I think it speaks volumes for the time of approval and no crazy stipulations that I read on my quick glance. It isn't like this is some huge company that has any pull with officials... The company had to make sure everything was in order and there weren't questions about the value to amount requested. IMHO of course
