CD holder is banking every time he/she sells.

Doesn't matter where.

Selling at .0002 shows he/she thinks it could go lower - just like .0003 and .0004 and so on.

Once RS comes, converted shares are not immune.

Or, perhaps, CD holder is getting a new tranche to sell and needs to get rid of current stock.
