The requirement that a company be exchange listed and/or carry a selling price of over $5 were put forth as self-imposed based on institutional fund prospectuses, not a RULE.
I believe that virtually all of NNVC's institutional participation occurred after the company reverse split and uplisted to NYSE MKT.

I don't, but it wouldn't do any good anyway. Your broker probably has links to their websites. See if you can find a fund that has investment criteria that would allow for a holding in CTIX. If they could, at least some already would.
