so how was TSY going to recap taxpayer money from banks for mortgage related suits without a fly by night asset sweep? Was TSY going to let fnf shareholders enjoy the spoils from the suits? of course not. hence it has been my opinion for a while now that the fnf was a money recoup vehicle for TSY. Maybe once we are done, and the last pennies have been accounted for, we can move forward.
