Why would they tell you how much hemp seed oil is needed?
That doesn't even make sense

Hemp seed oil is used to make the actual "CBD OIL" usable in the tincture.

Pure CBD oil itself is very thick, hemp seed oil helps with that.

I just don't the claim that you don't need to call as you already know.
