Yes, good points. I think he expected a bigger rise in the share price by now, as did I for that matter.
Just no predicting how the buyers and sellers will react to things. Sometimes it's buy the rumour and sell the news. Sometimes it's just buy both, and a double minimum on good top-line results.
It seems we do need to see the statistics for a real reaction, but even then, the market reacts according to the complex mix of buyers and sellers.
We are on the OTC which is a limiting factor. We have many longs who may only be able to add little if any on results. Surely we're also flying below the radar.
IMO the partial top-line results coming out during the session also muted the reaction. A weekend release and there would have been much more buying pressure at the open, and sellers would have had time to pull their offers. The ceiling is always higher in the darkness.
I'd have been quite happy with a gap up to $6. With ongoing news and results it would likely never fill. Likewise, results with the statistics would have been better, in terms of share price reaction, but it was also good to hear a positive partial result. So no harm no foul.
But... I'm really not that tuned into the share price. Had we doubled, or tripled, I had no plan to sell. So if it happened two weeks ago, great, or six months from now, great, or if the share price holds a range, no problem. I just hope to see the trials succeed, and expect the share price will react in its own time.
As long as the trials are progressing, I see the CTIX share price playing catch up. Either sooner or later. Just me. As I have no short term targets I'm not all that worried about the interim share price.
