I don't know what the restaurant opening will do to the stock price, but if you are investing here on the premise that there will be a Famous Eddie's opening, then the odds are better than 50 - 50 that this will happen and soon.

People here may first here about it after it has already opened.

Luckily for me, I do have the advantage of being able to drive by the place and see what is really going on. And there is plenty of activity going on at the location.
