ASTC is sitting on $50m net cash after 20 years in the space business, it is already a proven success and the NGCD development work is doing now will lead to army contracts worth tens of millions within 3 years. Its net cash will also not drop below $40m before then. ASTC is sitting very pretty.

Seems some of you can handle the truth about IMSC. If the FPDS contract is updated later with a new figure then your CEO is telling the truth but if it isn't ....
