...means a trend can reverse at that level. Think of a basketball player.

Resistance - .0015
...means we'll have a tough time pushing through that level. But if we do, it's called a breakout and everyone in the world will be buying.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
