The reason to uplist is to open the door to institutions and funds!

Take the shortest and easiest Exchange,.. NYSE MKT,... it will accomplish that goal!

They will not say refuse to buy CTIX because it's not on the Nasdaq,... but only on the NYSE MKT exchange!
