Why, if her co is doing so well and will be such an asset to qasp, would Liann leave it to join qasp?

Why, if Liann works for qasp, would qasp buy one of her co's.

Sounds like more self serving shenanigans to add fluff in the mix to sell shares to fund a Vegas trip, IMO.
