And this quote (below) you posted really touched my heart. That's what inspired my rant in the first place. You can feel Jim's honesty, transparency and his conviction here. I wish it was posted in huge bold letters at the top of this page for everyone to see. This is not a faceless corporation doing whatever it can to make the bottom line. It's run by a human being! I know there are others out there but so far, it's the exception and not the rule in business. SLTD is a paradigm changer in my opinion.
