What is the most likely outcome or two for K from here in phase 1? We received data from cohort 8, and it was superb. Cohort 9 is at a much higher dosage, 350mg. Will MTD and phase 2 be at cohort 8(I can't remember dosage), cohort 9, or is there still hope for the cohort 10 dosage? If I have gathered correctly, the dosage chosen for phase 2 will be one step down from last cohort in phase 1? Sorry, boitech noob.

The next bit of data we'd all love to see, but not necessary that it shows what we want, is on tumor suppression or regression? We will see this data at least within a few months after phase 1 ends?
