A Google search turns up some pretty impressive stuff regarding Titan, but none of that has anything to do with Ms. Francisco's LLC...

What QASP investors need to keep in mind is that the LLC registered in Chester PA. (that QASP shareholders now apparently own) has never conducted any actual business. And yeah, that includes not even guarding Russia's nuclear stockpile.
