If a CBD product is sold online and shipped across state lines it is made from hemp - not from marijuana.

The DEA threshold for THC is 0.3% - not 3% but 0.3%.

Companies like GRCU are importing hemp or worse hemp paste.

Why do you think that there wasn't any tests for pesticides, solvents and microbiological testing.

you keep calling it hemp based CBDs. but you fail to realize that any cannabis plant that is low THC is classified as hemp.

I am very well aware of CBD products made from hemp - and those are sold online.
