I concur... Yes, The Plan Trust Had to be extended, In Fact that the Plan Trust was extended is a VERY +ve Thing for us Equity Holders( both CTs and OBS), It Shows that LEH indeed has plans beyond any doubt that it is going to emerge as a New Entity and DEFINITELY it has Plans to LEVERAGE the NOLs to THE HILT, which is VERY GOOD for Us EquityHolders...AND the ONLY WAY That LEH can do that is By giving us EquityHolders a substantial Portion in the New Entity (50.1% , AT LEAST)!!!
