It's normal practice for a company to ship product and then bill for it. That's why accounting requires that the product ship before it shows up in accounts receivable as an asset. If they've received the $350,000 payment then it's probably safe to assume that the product shipped and it it will appear in Q2 financials. Otherwise it would still show up in the financials as revenue/pre-payment with an offsetting liability for the shipment that was still due (this would be unusual).
