That is indeed the right calculation, I thought that three of them is enough, but $13.50 on JDEC does look appetizing... If they are going to go on an orgy of acquisitions and loading up good will on their book, it might become "interesting". Of course, the ORCL move may force cancellation of PSFT's move on JDEC, so short term, it could be pushed a little further...
