Brent- ARC is owned by PGCX they could not just leave unless they bought out PGCX's position and ARC does not have the funds to do so. As for the beverage company which is now getting into the oil business you should be much more leery of their intentions. If the beverage company does sell KK it will benefit PGCX. All this talk of a reverse merger is ridiculous.
