I guess you are not asking the right questions..

He obviously cant tell when a pr will be released etc cause that would be considered insider infos..

From what I have been able to understand Bob wants to do the things right and he wont be the typical Shady pinky CEO.

I think it took longer because he didnt want to ruin the SS of SKYF, he knows its in great shape right now.
