Bet that company is one that has to show up 11-18-14 at the hearing to be able to get any money for their default judgment that they had to work hard to get even without DGRI showing up. Probably dgri knew their game plan and did not waste time; effort or money on a suit that would be taken care of in the BK. If they sued the parent company, they sued the wrong company.
