For most of that time, they were a little busy with other things, like a bunch of folks trying to kill them - and in large measure that is still the case. I cannot believe that you cannot see that.

I also cannot see why you refuse to accept as at least a possibility that saddam, having several extra months and being on notice that we were coming in, disposed or hid it all. Some we may find, some not - but that hardly means it was not there. I have already given all the reasons why the idea that saddam had no WMD's is totally ludicrous - can you refute them????
