I don't know how many states have such laws on the books about gay males in their own home, but it would be very few and even fewer (if any) that enforce them. The federal government has no such laws.

I am not sure what part of "government in our doctors offices" you mean, so I cannot address that though there is a pretty good chance I agree with you.

As for freedom, equality and liberty for all people, many of them owned slaves and none of them believed in universal suffrage <g>.
