IMO GEIG has increased their a/s to 8 bill to keep the o/s below the 10% mark prior to commercialization to prevent a hostile takeover or manipulation on a larger scale once news is released.

Hypothetical here, if manipulators own 50% of the current o/s or around 250,000,000 shares that's roughly 5% of the company fully diluted ( at 5 bill )
Now that GEI has increased the a/s to 8 bill that bring the hypothetical figure of 5% fully diluted down to around 3.5% fully diluted. It's a gift and a curse for us because we own a smaller percentage of the company now. On the flip side we are better protected from the manipulators bringing the pps down once we get significant news. IMO of course
